class=\"m_-4057651316320698148font8\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span lang=\"DE\">Da ich bereits mit 11 Jahren an der Autoimmunerkrankung Morbus Crohn erkrankt bin, war ich schon als Kind mit Di\u00e4ten und Ern\u00e4hrungseinschr\u00e4nkungen konfrontiert. Nach einer erfolgreichen Darmoperation war ich 20 Jahre beschwerdefrei. Leider bekam ich dann wieder einen erneuten Schub und musste mich nochmal ganz neu mit dem Thema Morbus Crohn und Autoimmunerkrankungen auseinandersetzen.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_-4057651316320698148font8\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span lang=\"DE\">Auf dem Weg zu verstehen, wie Krankheiten entstehen und was f\u00fcr eine wichtige Rolle die Ern\u00e4hrung dabei spielt, bin ich auf die Idee gekommen, die Ausbildung zur holistischen Gesundheitsberaterin bei der Akademie der Naturheilkunde zu machen.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_-4057651316320698148font8\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"m_-4057651316320698148wixguard\"><span lang=\"DE\">\u200b<\/span><\/span><u><\/u><u><\/u><span lang=\"DE\">Auf diesem Weg wurde mir auch klar, wie komplex der menschliche Organismus funktioniert und welche wichtige Rolle die Ern\u00e4hrung und weitere Faktoren wie Bewegung und Stress spielen.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_-4057651316320698148font8\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span lang=\"DE\">\u200b<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/span><span lang=\"DE\">Da f\u00fcr mich immer der komplette Mensch im Mittelpunkt stehen sollte, war die Ausbildung zur ganzheitlichen Ern\u00e4hrungsberatung genau das richtige f\u00fcr mich. Schon seit Jahren besch\u00e4ftige ich mich intensiv mit dem Thema Ern\u00e4hrung und Essgewohnheiten. Auch in meiner Freizeit besch\u00e4ftige ich mich viel mit Ern\u00e4hrung und Gesundheit und versuche mein Wissen und meine pers\u00f6nlichen Erfahrungen an andere Menschen weiterzugeben.
